Plate Quest

A family license-plate spotting game for iOS and Android.

The short version: Plate Quest collects no personal data, sends nothing about you to us, and works entirely on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Plate Quest does not ask you to create an account, does not require sign-in, and does not collect, request, or receive any personal information. We do not know who you are. The app works fully offline — it needs no signal to play.

Data stored on your device

Everything you do in Plate Quest — your trips, the plates and states you've spotted, the players you add (names, emoji and colours), notes, leaderboards, progress and app settings — is stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device: it is not uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere.

What we do NOT do

No data collection or transmission. No trip data, spotted plates, player names, personal data, device identifiers, or usage data is collected or transmitted to us or to anyone on our behalf.
No accounts. There is no login, no profile, and no server-side user record.
No analytics or tracking. We do not use any analytics, telemetry, or usage-tracking SDKs.
No third-party SDKs that collect data. The app bundles no third-party software development kits that gather, share, or sell your information.
No advertising. There are no ads and no ad networks.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you can remove it at any time — reset the app's data from within Plate Quest (Settings → Reset all data), or delete the app to remove everything it stored.

Children

Plate Quest is family-friendly and safe for all ages. As it collects no personal data, it collects no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
